The NHS blood drive is scheduled for Monday, November 18, 2019 in the MHS Library.  The sign-up sheet is in the office with Ms. Gray.  Online registration also is possible via bloodhero.com.

 

Donors must be at least 16 years old.  Sixteen-year-olds are required to submit a permission form prior to donation day; permission forms may be picked up in the MHS office.

 

Donors will receive a t-shirt and Chick Fil-A coupon, and donors of 2 pints will receive an additional coupon for McDonald's in Brady.
