Hello! I am Mrs. McLeod, 5th & 6th grade Reading Language Arts teacher, HS XC Coach, HS Girls Track Coach, and off season coach. I'm beginning my fifteenth year of teaching and coaching.
I grew up in Llano where I went to school and competed in XC, basketball, track, stock shows, and rodeos. I then attended college at ASU where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in English. I was also on the ASU Track & Field Team where I competed in the heptathlon and met my husband (Coach McLeod) who was playing football there. After college, Coach McLeod and I got married and began our teaching and coaching career in Wall. We then moved back home to Mason where we're beginning our thirteenth year of teaching and coaching here, and we love it!
I love spending time with my family! My husband, Coach McLeod, and I have been married for almost 14 years. We have two kiddos, Kessler (5th grade) and Madden (3rd grade), who we love & keep us busy! I also love taking pictures, being outdoors at the ranch or river, shopping at antique stores, and attending Mason sporting events. I'm looking forward to a great school year!
