I am Kyndel McLeod, the 7th Grade ELA (writing) teacher, Junior High Girls off season coach, and High School Girls Track Coach. I'm beginning my tenth year of teaching and coaching.
I grew up and attended school in Llano. I then attended college at Angelo State University where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in English. I was also on the ASU Track Team where I competed in the heptathalon and met my husband (Coach McLeod) who was playing football there. After graduating from ASU, Coach McLeod and I got married and began our teaching and coaching career in Wall. We then moved back home to Mason where we're beginning our eighth year teaching and coaching here, and we are loving it!
I have many hobbies and interests outside of teaching and coaching as well. First of all, my family! My husband, Coach McLeod, and I have been married for almost nine years! He is one of the Elementary PE coaches, as well as one of our High School Boys Football & Baseball coaches. We have two precious kiddos, Kessler (5) and Madden (3), who are full of energy and bless our lives with so much joy! I enjoy taking pictures, being out on the ranch, shopping at antique stores, and attending sporting events! I'm looking forward to a great school year!
GO PUNCHERS & COWGIRLS!
