I am currently teaching kindergarten for Mason Elementary.  Let me tell you how I got here.  I graduated from Kingwood High School just outside of Houston and went on to receive my teaching degree from Texas State University with a specialization in Early Childhood.  My husband Larry and I wanted our children to grow up in a small town like Mason and have been proud to call Mason home for the last 24 years.

I have two daughters that are graduates of Mason High School.  My oldest daughter Jenny is a history teacher at Georgetown High School and my youngest daughter Katie is a 8th grade math teacher in Tennessee.

During my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and relaxing with a good book.
