Special Programs & Grants

The office of Federal, Special Programs and Grants is responsible for the coordination and oversight of all federal, state, special programs, and grants. The department ensures compliance with state and federal accountability systems and collaborates with district staff and administration to formulate, develop, implement, and evaluate programs to maximize student success. Building a network of cooperation among schools, parents, community, and business is of particular importance to enhance and maximize funding opportunities. Developing and writing grant proposals, providing oversight and supervision to successfully operate each awarded grant, gathering and analyzing data for internal evaluation, and coordinating grant funds are additional responsibilities for the office of Federal, Special Programs and Grants.
