Come to the high school library and get help filling out the FAFSA from a financial aid officer from Angelo State University! Students may come with or without their parents, as long as you come prepared! (If your parents will give you the info, you can take care of this yourself.) Parents may come without their student, but they will need their student's Chromebook to get on our wifi network.
Here is what you will need to bring with you:
1. Your Chromebook
2. Your Social Security number
3. Your parents’ Social Security numbers
4. Your driver’s license number if you have one
5. Your Alien Registration number if you are not a U.S. citizen
6. Your parents' tax returns they filed in 2021 including IRS W-2 information
7. Your tax returns if you filed them
8. Records of your untaxed income, such as child support received or interest income
Students will create their own FSA ID next week in assembly!
Parents will need an FSA ID too!
