May 31, 2022 Ms. Melany Canfield, Counselor Mason High School 1105 W. College Box 31-C Mason, TX 76856 Dear Ms. Canfield: This letter is to confirm the arrangements I have made with you to administer the ASVAB Career Exploration Program (CEP) at your school. Please verify that the test date and time are correct, if they are not, please contact me as soon as possible. Test Date: 10/26/2022 0:00:00 Test Time: 12/30/1899 9:00:00 CST/CDT Students Scheduled: 20.00 Approximately two weeks prior to the exam session, I will send any information you requested to help you promote the program and acquaint your students and their parents with the program. I also have numerous other items in stock to assist you and your students. Some of the most commonly requested items are Student Book Covers, Student/Parent Guides for the CEP, posters advertising the CEP, and CEP pamphlets. If you wish to receive any other items in addition to those you have already requested, please feel free to contact me. As a reminder, here is some important information about the administration of the CEP. · Approximately 3 hours is required to give the exam. This includes giving exam instructions, completing student answer sheets and the administration of the exam to the students. To assist in reducing this time, we can send you the student answer sheets several days prior to the exam, with instructions, for your students to complete. This will save approximately 20 minutes on the day of the exam. · We will provide all materials necessary to administer the exam. This includes pencils, scratch paper, etc. Students may not use their own scratch paper. This is to ensure no outside assistance is given to the students so that the exam will be the most accurate measurement of your students' abilities as possible. · Breaks during the exam are possible only after Sub-test 5 in the ASVAB; this is approximately 2 hours into the exam. This is to ensure the validity of the results of the exam. · We will provide all proctors and test administrators necessary to administer the exam unless specifically requested by you. · It is rare, but at times and due to unforeseen circumstances, it may necessary for the ASVAB Test Administrator to request school personnel to assist in proctoring ensuring test security. · Students should be seated and ready to take the test at the above time. This is to ensure the test is administered in as little time as possible. · The Test Administrator will contact you several days prior to the test date. This is to ensure that all details of the exam are understood and that any changes you may make are properly arranged for. Should the Test Administrator not contact you, please contact me as soon as possible. We at the ASVAB Career Exploration Program look forward to assisting you with guiding your students to rewarding careers in their futures. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, concerns, or changes to how you would like the exam to be administered. |
