Hello! My name is Nikki Watson and I will be your child's 4th-grade Reading Language Arts teacher! This is my 18th year teaching and my 10th year at Mason Elementary.
I have always been a Mason Puncher! I attended Mason ISD until I graduated in 2001. I also attended the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor and West Texas A&M University from which I graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
My husband, Will, and I have two children. Russell is a junior at MHS and a member of the varsity tennis team. He went to regional tennis in boys singles as a freshman and also played with the state team bringing home a silver in the 3A team tennis championships. Grace is a freshman at MHS, plays the flute in the Mighty Mason Puncher Band, and is starting her 7th season with Fredericksburg Dance Company. Grace travels all over Texas and Nationally competing with her team; this past summer her tap team placed 4th in the nation! Will is also a lifelong Mason Puncher who graduated in 2000 and is employed by the San Antonio Police Department.
