Pictures of our State Marching Contest Qualifying band are below along with pictures of the only other times the Mason band has advanced to state - in 1983, 1982, and 1981.  Let's see if we can add another picture!! (And not wait 39 years this time to do it!)

Important dates to know - September 30th practice marching contest in Fredericksburg; October 14th is UIL Region Marching Contest and will be held in Burnet.  If/when we receive a 1st division we will advance to Area Marching Contest which will be held in Lorena on October 21st.  This year (and every year from now on!) is our opportunity to advance in Marching to State.  State for 2A's will be on October 31st in San Antonio at the Alamodome.  Also we are looking towards keeping our streak of Sweepstakes going!  We have 5 years in a row - let's work to make it 6!  Concert & Sight Reading Contest will be the week before Spring Break in Burnet.
