College Visits

College Campus Visits are Vital!

Juniors and seniors have two days each year to use for campus visits and college recruiting trips. We take several trips to college campuses, but you aren't limited to what we provide. You can go anywhere! Just make sure to let the office know in advance when you will be gone for a college day. You must bring back your excuse from the visitor's center or tour guide to turn in to Mrs. Martin upon your return to school!
 The campus preview days at Tarleton are set for three Saturdays this year. October 13th, November 3rd and April 6th. These are great days to go for a campus visit. Register at

  • Remember that all juniors and seniors have an excused absence for two campus visits a year. However, you must turn in an excuse to Mrs. Martin from the admissions office of the college you visit.

Mrs. Canfield will take students who are serious about attending these colleges to tour the campus and meet with an admissions officer. Students must register on-line at the campus admissions website for each of these visits, except TSTC. If there is another college you would like to visit, tell Mrs. Canfield.
